Sync names of calendars with Publisher

When calendar names are changed in Publisher, that change should be reflected on the calendar tab in 25Live.

Send resource searches to Publisher

Allow Publisher feeds to be created based on resource searches, so that only occurrences with assigned resources are sent to the calendar.
