Option to show Cancelled events in Publisher calendars

Cancelled events are removed from a search feed during Publisher calendar updates. An option should exist within the Publish Settings for a Publisher calendar to allow Cancelled events to appear within that calendar.

There are plans to add an option to the calendar creation dialogue to allow the inclusion of cancelled events (occurrences) in the feed to Publisher calendars.
