Instructor Analysis and Instructor Summary Permissions - Eval25

Currently, Instructor Analysis and Instructor summary are accessible only to users with a simple Access restriction (i.e., Department equals English). But, if a Department Chair has an additional title that requires more access, that chair will lose access to the Instructor Analysis and Instructor Summary reporting. I propose that under Reporting access CollegeNet adds checkboxes for Instructor Analysis and Instructor Summary Reports thus maintaining the theme that the administrator grants access just as CollegeNet has done with other aspects of the Qualitative Reporting tools.
