Include Resources on CSV Event Import

When importing events via the CSV Event Import upload option, there should be a way to include resource assignments just as location assignments are allowed.

The ability to import resources on the CSV event import file would streamline the building process tremendously. Currently, my team will need to go through each event individually to add resources. This will impact the project's timeline, as well as require additional personnel.
