Allow setting of Publisher Feeds to be changed from the Publisher Tab

Currently to change these settings you have to republish the search. This can result in unintended changes to the feed. Like duplicate events because you accidentally removed the feed and had to readd it. Creating a new calendar or sub calendar.

Currently, these settings will not affect existing calendars, only new ones. Please provide the ability to revise these settings on existing calendars. Thank you!
