Integrate with Google Workspace / GSuite: Gmail & Google Drive & Google Calendar
Some possibilities for integration include:
- A Gmail add-on to attaches emails from Gmails about events, to certain events/reference IDs in 25Live (using the Gmail sidebar)...see Asana for Gmail, or other Google Workspace Apps, as an example: https://workspace.google.com/marketplace/app/asana_for_gmail/923474483785

That way all correspondence about an event can be found in 25Live
- A Google Drive add-on for attaching easy, clickable links to Drive documents (Folders of event information, Sheets, Docs, PDF documents, etc)
- There are probably many more possibilities after a brainstorming session, including Google Calendar publishing (this has been a long time wanted and "coming soon" feature that never came to great fruition in Series25)
Many, many colleges use Google Workspace for Education -- including all 8 Ivy League schools -- so there is a huge crossover for CollegeNet customers with Google Workspace.

Julie HoyenskiOur campus is struggling with departments that manually create Google calendars for their department's events and they are too often inaccurate - not matching actual reservations in 25Live. We've not yet been successful in ingraining the concept that 25L is the system of record. A feed option for Google calendars to prevent these "human errors" would save a lot of aggravation.
