Integrate with TeamDynamix
TeamDynamix is a ticketing software that would be helpful to integrate with Series25.

Pamela MasonWe need this for creating Tickets for IT Support because they are required to have a Ticket for every thing they do. It would need create a seperate Ticket for each Occurrence by Resource assigned and send the below info,
- Mapping for which contact to send into Requestor field in TDX
- Event Number (Text field)
- Resources Requested (Text field) should be fine unless. Some schools may want it to link to an Asset
- Event Start and End dates and times this should include the pre and post event times or at least have the option to include it.
- Setup and take down times.
- Location which would need translation because it is two separate fields for Building and room in TDX.
- Change status to a user defined value the assignment is cancelled.
- Ticket application, you can have more than one.
I think the best way to do this would be similar to the Publisher/Trumba integration. We can create a search and use that to send a feed to TDX then select the parameters for each feed. -

Julie HoyenskiOur campus uses TDX as well for all IT/Media Services event support. An integration would reduce manual data entry and streamline communication to Media Services.
